"Rev. Thomas Thorn of The Electric Hellfire Club is an "evil" genius. There's really no other words that can describe him. "Kiss the Goat" is a brilliant musical masterpiece from start to finish. This album is not really metal at all, but puts all wannabe-Satanic metal bands to shame. This album has so much variety in the songs that it's almost hard to believe that you're listening to the same album. "Kiss the Goat" is sure to warm the hearts of Satanists that have grown bored with the typical-headbanging metal bands like Slayer. Anthemic songs like "Hellfire!", "Slaughter of Elysium", and the title track, which contains a deep hypnotic voice chanting "Pray to Satan" over and over again are a welcome change from your typical "satanic" metal band. What makes this album even more powerful is that the band members are REAL Satanists, not fakers. This album also has an eerie Halloween-like atmosphere to it, amidst the background keyboard effects and other hidden sounds that can be heard with headphones. Not all of "Kiss the Goat" is straightforward Satanism though, as songs like "In the Temple of Flesh" (which is about the cannibal goddess Kali, worshipped by a group in India back in the 1800's), and "Love is the Law", which seems to be about the infamous British magician Aleister Crowley. This was the last CD recorded with keyboardist Rev. Dr. Luv before his unfortunate car accident in 1996. All in all, I recommend this brilliant album to all lovers of creative, dark, and just plain good music. I doubt if Christians will get much out of it though, besides just another band to add to their ever-growing list of bands to try to destroy. Hail Hellfire! Hail Satan!"

"I found this cd to be purely dark and evil, which is something i value in CDs. The music is great and the lyrics make it a complete great experience! This album is not for those offended by Satanic content but if its your thing, pick it up!"

Kissing the goat has never been more fun

"No describtion could be more accurate for this album then what the name of the band is. The Electric Hellfire Club invite you to yet another session of satan worshiping, virgin sacrifices and loathing of christianity, and they do it with style, class, qualitiy and good dose of humor as well. The band embarks on their most ambitious album so far taking industrial music to psychedelic and gothic extremes with almost majestic mix of all instruments and Rev. Thorn's brilliant (distorted) vocals coupled with Sabrina Satana's ocasional outbursts of passion (i.e. Bitchcraft) making "Kiss The Goat" their best achievemnet so far. The Electric Hellfire Club, all satan worship aside, are truly amazing band with a unique sound (which is almost imposibble to find nowdays) and "Kiss The Goat" is the perfect example of that, it is also a good album to start of with if you are new to all this. Get it. Buy it now."
