Album DescriptionThe Shaken & Stirred maxi-single is the latest fire-hot release by Elements of Flavor. This CD contains the lead singles from Elements of Flavor?s upcoming sophomore album, "The Three Man Wrecking", which is the follow-up to Elements of Flavor?s critically acclaimed 2002 debut, "Part 1: Triple Threat", regarded by some as a southern underground classic. The maxi-single contains three songs: There's the street anthem, "Shaken & Stirred", which takes a look at what happens when rappers that kick gansta fairytales get into real-life situations in the streets. At the same time, Elements of Flavor explains what would happen if these wannabe thug rappers (or anybody else) decide to run up on them. With it's hard-hitting 808 bassline and super-crunk horns, it's sure to get love on the streets. Then there's "When She's With Me", where Elements of Flavor flow about taking somebody else's girl (who can't relate to that?). All this over a track that makes anybody wanna hit! the dance floor, yet manages to stay hip-hop and street because of some tight lyrical lacing as only Elements of Flavor can do. Definitely a club banger. Finally, there's "Pull It 2 the Side", which is an ode to one of Element's of Flavor's favorite past times: The Strip Club. This is a strip club anthem for the average dude, no $100 tips in this song. Another song with lots of hit for your trunk, "Pull It 2 the Side" is destined to be the people's champ of strip club anthems. The Shaken & Stirred maxi-single contains the album and radio versions of all three songs, as well as the instrumental and a cappella versions of "Shaken & Stirred" and "When She?s With Me".
