"The packaging of these "Elements" DVDs aren't very clear on content. I took a risk buying this album because I wasn't sure what I was getting. I hope this review can answer the questions of others who are waivering. The DVD features about 55 minutes (all one track) of natural outdoor sound effects. The Dolby Digital 5.1 version sounds great: insects chirring, birds singing, a stream running by, etc. Then along comes a thunderstorm. This track can be isolated or played in conjuntion with one of two musical compositions, one piano and one guitar (both are of the musical wallpaper variety). It also includes a guided meditation feature (cheesy IMHO). Some video of a rocky stream is also included for visual stimulation. Overall, I'm happy with it. It's good for book-reading or napping. I might even buy another in the series if I knew what natural background sounds were featured in them."
