"ELEPHANT GRAVEYARD immediately strikes the listener as an emotionally honest and purging album, and as a celebration of John's life long country/folk influences such as Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, and Hank Williams, just to name a few.

I love the earthy tone of this CD. From the moment I opened it, I could tell it had a great vibe surrounding it. I love the artwork, I love the sound and I love the flow of the songs. The melodic trance it put me in from the get go. Starting with the upbeat THE DAY I DIED, then rolling right into the vocally powerful BABY BYE BYE followed by surprise after surprise. I would highly recommend this CD to anyone that loves real music, true songwriting talent, and a classic American musician."
