I love this CD and I love Eli. His voice is so smooth and the lyrics at times brings tears to your eyes. This CD touches on both simple and deep elements of living with a gracefulness you won't believe! He sounds a lot like Cat Stevens, if you remember him from the early 70's folk-rock era.

"Eli is my favorite artist producing music today. "Second Hand Clothing" meets the standards set by his first album, "Things I prayed for." "Writings on the Wall" is a potent and prophetic song with an enjoyable guitar part, and is my favorite song on the album. Eli has a powerful voice and considerable song writing talent. Thanks Eli, for songs I can listen to, over and over. God Bless"
