"Although it wasn't tickets to Emilie's concert in NY, I purchased this CD for my daughter for her 14th birthday and she nearly broke me hugging me!
She'd been begging for this for a long time but it's not readily available except on-line. This artist's music would be considered rather odd to most, I think. She refers to her genre as "VictoriaIndustrial" and I really loved a lot of the tracks on it. She is a violin virtuoso, classically trained as I understand, but who broke free from the constraints of "traditional" music to express herself in a an ultra-talented, ultra-creative way. Rock on girl! Thanks Amazon for having the CD and for getting it to me ON her birthday, when you promised."
Awesome!

"This CD is amazing! Emilie's voice can be as sweet as an angel or as sinister as Satan. The melodies and lyrics are mesmerizing at times. I highly recommend this CD!"

"I heard this album and I now am hooked on Emilie Autumn. She may be a little out of sorts for some, but give her a try you won't be disappointed. If you like strong, good vocals and alternative-punk-gothic music then buy this album! It's very good!"
A tad repetitive, but overall pretty good

"Overall I really liked the CD, I just found some parts of the songs repetitive. You can repeat a lyric to make a point, and then you can really just beat it into the ground. Aside from the two or three songs where I skip the last minute, this was a really great album. Emilie is very talented both in singing and in the instruments that she plays. I am particularly fond of the voice layering effect that is prevalent in her work."
