"This 18 song Best of Collection, contains 15 songs off Eric's first 4 solo efforts, as well as the latter day hits, Hungry Eyes & Make Me Loose Control. The real bonus though, is the previously unreleased song - Reason to Try, and the inclusion of the original album version of Boats Against the Current, (not the single version with backup vocals found on other greatest hits collections). The only reason I'm not giving this CD 5 stars is it totally ignores the Eric Carmen-Geffen album. I for one, would gladly replace the Shaun Cassidy hits "Hey Deanie" & "That's Rock & Roll" (Shaun ruined them for me)with two songs off the Geffen LP. How about "I Wanna Hear It From Your Lips" & "I'm Through With Love"."
