Amazing music by Erroll Garner

"This is a two fer with some wonderful music played by Erroll Garner. If you are into Garner you should dig this since in the second part of the CD you will find the soundtrack of the movie "A new kind of love", where Garner is accompanied by an extended ensemble. It is not exactly big band music (rather a bossa orchestra) but it is very beautiful. If you are a newcomer, the first part of the CD (first ten tracks) is a perfect piece of Garner's trio work. His compositional skills are clearly represented here, as nearly half the tracks are originals.

The sound quality is really good, so this is a great purchase in every sense."
