"This cd does nothing at all to help you. First off a simple exercise of walking down stairs the narrator can't seem to count and decide which steph you are on. Secondly he does not do much to guide you to do much more then "imagine you're in your room. now look down at you". The 2 tracks combined make up maybe 20 minutes or so. Just horrible horrible stuff. I recommend getting the book self hypnosis revised by Bruce goldberg. It comes with a cd that is 100x more helpfull then this garbage. I'm going to see if I can return this junk to amazon."
