Historic and Folkloric - Don't Pass Up This One!

"Half of this CD contains a truncated recording from a 1938 radio
broadcast of Erich Wolfgang Korngold conducting the Warner Bros.
Studio Orchestra complete with narration by the deliciously
villainous Sir Guy of Gisbourne (aka Basil Rathbone). Much too
short, but utterly fascinating and arguably the best audio
quality of any historic Korngold recording commercially
available. A complete version of this broadcast may be forth
coming, but I wouldn't wait to see. Get this one while it's
still in print. The second half of the CD contains a much
truncated recording from a 1968 radio interview with Sir Robin of
Locksley (aka Errol Flynn), now long retired. Sad, but
fascinating. Again, snag a copy of this CD while it's still
around!"
