The genius of 9-year-old musical prodigy Ethan Bortnick comes to life in his first full-length concert DVD/CD package - Ethan Bortnick and His Musical Time Machine. This special release produced by PBS was recorded at the historic EL Rey Theatre in Los Angeles and showcases Ethan performing classics from three generations of pop standards, with side trips into jazz, classical and even disco. Ethan began playing a keyboard at the age of three and was composing music by the age of five. He is able to play any song by ear. His TV exposure has exploded since first appearing on Jay Leno s Tonight Show at age 7, where he has since become a regular guest. He has appeared on every major network, wowing audiences on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, The Martha Stewart Show and Yo Gabba Gabba. Fans of Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion, Kanye West and Miley Cyrus will recognize Ethan from his collaboration with the superstars on the We Are The
World 25 For Haiti track that made its debut during the opening ceremony of the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.

The fun-filled DVD also features an interview with the legendary producer Quincy Jones. Watch as Ethan asks Quincy about Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, and music. Other extras include an exclusive behind the scenes look at how this show was put together, with inspirational stories and interviews with some of the people involved in this historic production. Special guest include the Canadian Tenors, Arturo Sandoval and Gloria Gaynor.
