CD Reviews

Probably the best live metal album ever made.
T. Simmons | Daly City, CA United States | 11/28/2000

"Chances are, if you are on this page, you have heard Exodus. But unless you've been to one of their shows back in the day, you haven't HEARD Exodus, if you know what I mean. This album (err, sorry CD), is absolutely amazing. It captures the bone-crushing feel of the live shows and captures it in crystal clear audio perfection. As a matter of fact this recording is so good you may not ever listed to the studio stuff again! The mix is dead-on perfect with deep, undistorted bass and kick drums pumelling your eardrums without bleeding over an obscuring the crunchy guitars or Paul's vocals for that matter. Even if you usually don't dig live stuff, give this a try, it will change your whole tune."

"I love this album, my brother downloaded one track from it about 3 years ago and as soon as I heard it I went straight down to the record shop and bought it. The guitaring, drumming and singing is quality and gets you so hyped up with a great track selectiion. I recommend this album to anyone who likes speed/death metal as it truely deserves my 5 stars."
Look at us Now!

"I just need to add my approval, the best live thrash album I've heard. Better than most studio ones too. This album kicks with the intensity that thrash had back in the late 80's, with the production of Andy Sneap. It's bone crushing, the guitars and drums sound fantastic. The performance is inspired. Baloff sounds like a maniac having a ball. I'm not 100% sure what he means half the time, but in a break between songs, when there's a bit of banter and some idiot in the crowd yelling "Just play....just play", the riff starts, Baloff bleats "Look at us Now!", the drums kick in and there's just a f$%K off level of power that no one could refute. Floored!"
