CD ReviewsA fine compilation for the newcomer S. Wood | Washington DC | 02/28/2007 (4 out of 5 stars) "Family has to be considered one of the great British rock bands. Why they never made it big in the US I'll never know. This two disc compilation on Recall is a fine overview of their post Family Entertainment albums -- why didthey failed to include their 60's work? This replaces the Anthology 2 cd set which is now out of print, and has a better track selection and pacing. I would give this 5 stars, but the sound is a step below the Mystic label single disc reissue series. It includes several notable singles by the group, and a decent overview of the band in the notes.
