CD ReviewsFinally... available dldldl | San Francisco, CA United States | 07/25/2002 (5 out of 5 stars) "It is strange, but the truncated version of the concert documented by this CD was very widely available as EMI hEMIspheres series under the title "Luna". Originally released as a two CD set, joined concert of Piazzolla's sextet and Osvaldo Pugliese's orquesta tipica was probably one of the most exiting records in tango history. I am absolutely certain that the CD can not entirely render the atmosphere of an event like this, but you still can get the partial feeling particularly during the last track (Adios Nonino/La Yumba medley performed by two bands together). This last track does not exist on the EMI CD. The only reason to subtract a star in this review would be by complaining that Pugliese volume is not available, but I will just express the hope that this will be corrected soon (so - 5 stars)."
