"This live collection of themes is focused in the album "The Emigrant" (1989) and the classics from 1978 to 1984. All pieces were rearranged and re-energized in a amazing way... two spectacular hours whith the masters of "ethno-acoustic rock"."
An amazing experience.....

"listening Flairck is one of the most beautifull things that has ever happened to me. this Alive album is an amazing selection of beautifull songs, together with an incredible sence of order and oportunity.... i mean, songs folow one after the other in a perfectly natural order.... in a couple of words, if you are looking for an acoustic album which makes you dream, this is the album."
No pigeonhole, just glorious music

"Flairck, a Dutch instrumental group which resists classification into a particular genre, calls its product chamber music with classical, wide-ranging folk (Celtic, Gypsy, etc.), blues, and jazz influences. This two-CD set seems to be the only Flairck item on sale in the United States, and consists of a live performance of some of their best-known numbers. The rapidfire "Sofia" is my own favorite. The only thing that comes to mind for comparison is Mason Williams's "Classical Gas"."
