"The evolution of R&R makes for facinating reading, but it's much more fun to listen to a fantastic CD. If you were a teen during the 50's, you know what songs and artists made it, but you may not be familiar with the ones that did not reach the status of the infamous, but should have. This CD features the artists and works of Joe Leonard, a early producer and label owner (Lin Records), who saw the future of good ole rock and roll, and worked hard to help create and promote it. It is a joy to listen to these early efforts and the really wonderful results. I'll guaranty that if you do not know who Buck Griffin is, or Andy Starr, or The Strikes, you will after listening to Vol. 15 of "That'll Flat...Git It". Have fun."
