Another classic - songs to make you think!

"Florent Pagny at his best - strong and very moody. Chatelet les halles which has been released as a single is a thought-provoking song but a strange choice, I think, for a single. I just love "Terre" and "Les Ombres" for their rythms and most especially the lyrics. I always enjoyed Pagny for his rythms but this time the dictionary has been well thumbed. Surprised that Pascal Obisco didn't play as big a role as usual but I have no complaints about the quality of the songs."
A superb singer does it again

"Florent Pagny has a voice that you cannot help but fall in love with. Sometimes classic, strong, clear, sometimes soft, soothing and sexy and still at other times rebellious. He is a man of many moods and many styles. I consider "Et un jour une femme" a spectacular masterpiece, the type of song that one falls in love with instantly. "L'air du temps", "Y'a pas un homme" and "legende de Carlos Gardel" are other masterpieces that perhaps need to be listened to more than once before being truly appreciated. Florent Pagny takes the French language to new heights. He is a huge talent which I am only now discovering and enjoying immensely."
