Solid music that defies definition.

"So what is this music anyway? I don't have a label for it and it doesn't need one. It's more reminiscent of Miles Davis and his period of "Kind of Blue", "Schecthes of Spain", it is a mood that is being set and not so much about additude. The music is all intramental and the beats are drawn from a variety of sources, though mostly latin in flavor there is one "jungle" track "Fresh in my mind". Whatever you may think about this music, if your're looking for something substandtial and different, this cd is for you."
Totally unexpected and wonderful

"In NO WAY is this album a filler!! WTF? It's excellent, creative, crazy and beautiful music.
You can listen to the tracks at the Tower Records website, since they aren't offered here.
I especially recommend the track "Fresh in my Mind". It's this beautiful piano melody mixed with crazy beats reminiscent of Aphex Twin. But so much better.
I wouldn't QUITE class this as Nu-Jazz. It's very electronic and does have a jazzy feel, but it is really it's own type of music.
I recommend this especially if you like groups like Air, Royksopp, or Nuspirit Helsinki."
"Chill" I guess is the word

"Yeah, so I saw the name of this band in one of those little promo booklets the label puts in the CD when I bought a totaly different CD -- and I said to myself that's a really cool name.
So I looked it up on Amazon and the reviews seemed kind of mixed (and a couple years old) and the little clips I downloaded seemed kind of. . . "airy."
But this album is crushing good. The best "electronica" album I've heard since I first started listening to Thievery. . . no effort to make dance music. . . just grooves. Super chill grooves. I'm about to buy the remix."
