Strange how electronic music ...........

"Strange how electronic music develops: a boink and a clonk takes the place of kick and snare no matter how electronic they can be. Cold sound design. Cold sounds arranged in such a way that they create music - i think music has a lot to do with time: every track has its own Bpm for example. This album is the demonstration of how you can create something musical by clicks, bips and other cold sounds. The great majority of the tracks here are so minimal that are constructed by two sounds juxtaposed. Please if you have any feedback contact me at - carlogiova@yahoo.it - This is especially valid for the reviewer from Seattle who has written here."
Clear as an unmuddied lake

"sure it is clinical and precise, architecturally sound and whose self assured logic moves as smoothly as the East German Autobahn (zero traffic) but this particular version of neue digital minimalism is full of nuance and ideas: lean yet supple. Bretschneider's pallate of clicks and icy sustained tones make a microscopic pop that is more accessable than challenging, but the compositions reward focused attention as much as background ambience. very nice."
