"Rev. Wright blows his heart out on these fantastic and emotive free jazz stories. The trio on his first recording is wonderful but it is the quintet recordings on his 2nd release that shine bright even by any standards of today. They sound fresh and exciting. On top of all this we are treated to about 14 minutes of The Rev talking about life and living. While his Center Of The World cd's are very involving, these recordings are more personal and, to me, more direct expressions of his soul. I am especially thrilled that ESP has got their act together and in 2005 are making real cd's with excellent sound."
