"This is simply the best improvised album ever recorded. Every song is 100% made-up on the spot. It will blow your mind when you hear how wickedly funny and musically interesting the Flemion brothers can be when they are just singing and playing off the top of their heads. Too bad it's out of print...it's an underground classic. Maybe some other record label will strap on some balls and snatch it away from clueless Matador Records."
Yes yes yes

"Amazing- it's hard to say what hasn't already been said about this album. Almost as good as Wowee Zowee or nearly anything by the JSBX or the BJM. Stands up to EVERYTHING (no joke) produced by anybody afterwards. Incredible music for the discerning fan. If you don't enjoy this disc then the problem is with YOU."
Decadent, decadent fun. Wickedness you can tap yer feet to.

"First off, 'April Fools' is downright genius - it's comic dynamite. This album is wicked, perverse, offensive, entertaining, disgusting, fanciful, and ghoulishly delightful. This one is not quite as good as 'Only Right and Natural' - this one is too long and some of th songs meander out there a little too far. But overall, it's astounding."

"The frogs will make you laugh, and make you wince, and then you will wonder why you keep listening to them. The music is folksy Pop, created by the brothers Jimmy and Dennis Flemion. Subject matter ranges from gay rights rants, to songs about grandma with a penis in her hand. It is not for the timnid, but if you are looking for an album that is refreshingly bizzare, then check this one out."
