The Front Street Blues Band is an original, jumpin' and jivin', boogie-woogie blues band, who've worked their way to the top of the Detroit blues scene in only two short years. Their music is steeped deeply in Detroit and urban blues traditions, but also takes influences from other styles prevalent in Detroit - soul, jazz and rock. The end result is a hard driving blues style that's tight, energetic, swinging and funky.
