A diamond in the rough for 1996

"This album was proof that Bay Area underground rap was still alive in early 96'. Two unknown rappers from East Oakland, Nutt-so (Keyshia Cole's older brother), Len, and Doe from Frisco formed the group Street Thugs and crafted a nine track classic EP "Not to Be Fu*?ed With". This is one of those albums that grab your attention when the first skit comes on and doesn't let you go until the music is over. It's a real street record that you were only able to find in swap meets and moms and pops shops. The underground buzz they made caught on fast because the lead rapper Nutt-so was signed to Death Row records that year and worked closely with Tupac Shakur. This was the only album they recorded as a group. Ten years later, the album exemplifies the power of Gangsta Rap at it's finest. Anyone reading this and is interested in hearing it, good luck finding a copy."
