"Listening to Gabriel Lee is like walking through fields of irridescent butterflies along some stunning New Zealand coastline, or watching hawks fly below you on a ridge in Taos. Think drifting in warm water at night through pale green phosphorescence, watching falling stars. I want this played at my funeral.

To my knowledge Lee has released only two solo albums of acoustic guitar music, this one and Seasons. Both are equally phenomenal. In beauty, simplicity and technical vituosity, Lee is a master of the instrument.

The Zen collaborations with Riley Lee on japanese flute (Satori and Sanctuary)will take any listener to places they've never been before.

I've given all of these recordings as gifts to just about everyone I care about. They're that good. And I wish there were more..."
