"This is a compilation of greatest hits from over the last decade, which makes it a nice, if at times incoherent, sampler from one of today's coolest bands. Galactic offers something for everyone: a spice of soul, a touch of rock, and a pinch of acid jazz--only its mixed bourbon street style. So though it may not be for the Jazz-only crowd, it appeals to 'eclectic' funk-rockers. If you enjoy The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, then Galactic is quite a treat."
