A few years later a second recording of Alec Wilder compositions for bass and piano and bass and guitar was also released. On this outstanding second effort Gary Karr was accompanied by Bernie Leighton on piano and Fredrick Hand on guitar. Both releases are combined on this 2-disc release. One disc consists of an audiophile quality remastered CD; the other is an HDAD Plus 2-sided hybrid disc that will play in 24/96kHz on a standard DVD video player (no video footage included) and in even-higher-quality 24/192kHz on a DVD audio player.
