"The remixes of "Sin City", "One Who Feeds", "4 Walls Black", and "Asphyxiate" on this album are very novel and will fascinate anyone who has heard the originals. However, they don't surpass the originals. My only criticism is that there are some really annoying sound effects toward the end of the "4 Walls Black" remix. They sound sort of like the sounds you hear when a CD is skipping. The new songs on this album in my opinion are the best part, especially "Stitch In Time" and "Procession". If you have been a long time fan of the Genitorturers, add this to your collection. If you have never heard them before, try "Sin City" first. That way you can hear the way the remixes on this album originally sounded."
And now for something completely different... well, sort of.

"Okay, simple. I love this band. What they do and how they do it is top notch. If you do not have Sin City (or 120 Days) - get it/them. You will not regret it. Musically, the Genis are pretty much their own genre. A little club, a little crunch, a little show, a little tell, (a little don't tell)... Gen's voice is phenomenal and Chains, Racci, and Evil D compliment her to no end. A very talented unit... My review on Machine Love: As its own album it is very good. The cover of "Touch Myself" will undoubtably fit well into the Geni's show. Gen's voice does this song incredible justice and the song is so well done that they cleverly disguise that the Divinyls ever originally did it. I really like the new cuts; Stitch In Time, Machine Love, and Procession are a good sign that the Geni's are still progressing in a direction that keeps them unique and further instills curiosity in what they will do next. I'm not too keen on the Sin City KMFDM re-mix. However, I can see grand potential for this version in the Geni's over the top shows. Anyone who has been to their shows knows that their music is the baseline of their theatrical performances. If you've never been to a Geni's show - GO! The remixes of One Who Feeds, 4 Walls Black, and Asphixiate are grand. I really got into them from the first spin... The only dissatisfaction I have (from the aspect of a fanatic) is that in waiting for a new disc for 2 years, there are only 4 new songs. As a supplement EP to another album this would have been a titalating little treasure. Mind you, I am not saying that there is anything wrong with this album. As its own work this is great, get it. I just really hope that it isn't 2 more years before another full-length original masterpiece from the Genitorturers comes out... Pierced to perfection, great work Geni's!"
You know, I really like this.

"I'm pleased to announce that the Genitorturers keep getting better with each release. Such things are a rarity, nowadays. I can honestly say that I was taken by each song on this CD (except, perhaps, the KMFDM remix of "Sin City"...that just made me feel a bit queasy...and I am even a KMFDM fan). Gen has a truly remarkable vocal range: well-sustained highs and deeply resounding lows. It's quite lovely. So, to all of the journalists or genre fans that wrote them off as a novelty act, you are all slightly off the mark. Give them a chance...they really have something to offer."
This cd rocks

"This cd has the cover "Touch Myself" on it as well as other songs remixed with the help of such bands as K.M.F.D.M. and Razed in Black. All the songs on here are hard core. My only complaint is that there are only 8 songs on here."

"I love this album the minute I listened to it. Of course, that was two years ago, but still one of my favorites that I miss dearly. I like music like this that'll let you get your freak on as well as seeing girls getting freaky with it too. If you can, when you buy this get Sin City too. And while you're at it, buy the upcoming DVD of the same title. I haven't seen it yet, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed when I do. Jessica Alba, need I say more?"
