"It is hard to believe that George is no longer with us. I can't believe that this CD was released in 1994 and I just discovered it recently. If you like George Howard, this is no ordinary CD. Check out his cover of No Ordinary Love.George Howard was one of the most talented artist ever and he knew what we wanted. He could get funky, but I suspect he is best remembered for being mellow no matter.A Home Far Away is one his of best! This CD reminds me of Do you ever Think of Me. His live performances were great also. He always recorded and performed with great back up. Every cut on this CD is right on time. From the first jam, Miracle, to You Can Make This Story Right and Renewal, this is classic George Howard. This is one of those rare CDs that is played from beginning to end. Check out the way Miracle flows into If You Were Mine and then moves right on to Doria the last jam. Even though you hear the George Howard signature, it is all very, very original. One of his best.I miss you George. Peace to you in your home far away. Get it. Get into it. You will not regret it.I already have the CD. I'm getting this one for my sunshine--Dawn!"

"Way better than Kenny G., where the G stands for goober."
