Kingley is best known as the electronica visionary who made the world snap it's fingers to the sound of Popcorn, which has been covered over a hundred times from the sublime (Kraftwerk) to the ridiculous (Crazy Frog). An incredible disappointment

"This is for die-hard fans only, especially if you speak Hebrew. Otherwise, this CD is a cultural footnote and nothing you could actually enjoy listening to. Be warned -- this is nothing whatsoever like Kingsley's other work. The synth music is minimal and incidental, and the focus is on Jewish prayers/songs/something-or-other, all performed by a man who can't sing (or at any rate, whose voice is not compelling).

I went from the high of finding this CD to the low of thinking, "What on earth is this and why did I just waste money on it?" within the first 20 seconds of track 1. Tracks 2, 3, 4, and 12 didn't change my opinion -- it's all the same barely listenable nonsense.
