CD ReviewsAngry phavardel | Pittsburgh, PA | 06/22/2000 (5 out of 5 stars) "Global Threat is one of the few links 90's punk has to the late 70's and early 80's punk. Nowadays, most new punk bands a whiners, crying about their girlfriends dumping them because they drink too much, but Global Threat reminds us of the old school. The rage against society and the government, it is an attack on OC life. Global Threat meshes melody with thrash. The hard guitars ignite your energy, giving you the instant desire to smash something, while the grinding lyrics strike out against the constraints of society. With their new album imminent in July, Global Threat is emerging as a leading punk band among punks who remember the days when punk was an underground movement, instead of a fasion show. Highlights of this album include 'Live for Now' and 'The Power'." Awesome Jesse Schwartz | Atlanta, GA | 01/14/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "My God...my friend suggested me this band a long time ago, I totally rejected them for a while, then I listened to them again and realized how much ass they kick. I looked everywhere for it, and I could never find it, but I finally got it (not on amazon, though). From the loud, cracking, jumpy sound of the snare drum to the smart, politically charged lyrics, to the biting guitar riffs, you can't deny AGT's raw aggression and power. Boston street punk at its finest."
