Reasonable, not great

"Golden Earring is a truly fantastic band, but their sound really started to slide on this album and the next "The Hole." Both are reasonable releases for the awful eighties that produced them, but relative to the classic sound of "Moontan" and "To the Hilt" from the seventies or even the early eighties release "Cut" (which is Dutch for "cunt"), it leaves a bit to be desired. After "The Hole," it got pretty lame altogether."

"Golden Earring is my favorite band. They did have a bit of a slump in the 80's. This is decent album, When the Lady smiles is probably the best track. Mainly this is a Album for hardcore fans. I would not suggest it for introducing someone to this fine group"
