"I had high expectations when i bought this CD. Afterall, the star of the CD was Gordon MacRae of the famous movie Oklahoma! Although this CD only includes songs from his early years(sorry, not Oklahoma!) the songs that he sings are beautiful. The way he sings makes a girl swoon. He is just one of a kind. The first song he sings which is a Rodgers-Hammerstein tune just brings the listener right into listening to the rest of the CD. A favorite song of mine is the song by Cole Porter, So in Love. His tenor voice just is magic and there is no one like him today. The only negative aspect of the CD is that sometimes the songs seem slow. If you want fast paced, this is not the CD for you. But if you want a taste of Gordon MacRae, this is it and it's wonderful."

"THESE ARE SOME OF HIS HITS AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL, HOWEVER THE SOUND ISN'T GREAT BUT THE MUSIC IS GOOD. BUY THIS CD AS HE IS HARD TO FIND. WHAT A WONDERFUL VOICE AND LOVELY MAN! I GAVE IT 3 STARS BECAUSE OF THE SOUND."
