"Gorerotteds first cd was infiltrating to the senses but their new cd takes those senses and hacks them to bits. Every song is now different from every song on the cd but at the same time exactly alike, and the songs are truly brutal to say the least. Never before have I heard such an awesome album not to mention that it is only their second cd and they have already perfected their own unique sound. This is a must buy!!!"
The pride and joy of the goregrind scene

"Gorerotted are the kings of the modern U.K. goregrind scene and this album truly shows why. Fast paced, brutal songs with hilarious lyrics and vocal stylings make this whole album a half hour of pure gorey fun. There is a two vocalist assault, and these two men make some of the sickest sounds ever recorded on album. The vocalists go from a puking sound, to a burping sound, to a growl, to a high pitched yell/scream, really it is the vocals that make this band king. The lyrics are just extremely over the top, and pretty much everything about this band is over the top. Gorerotted never gets brutal just for the sake of getting brutal though, these are 9 songs of pure gore grinding sickness and madness. Gorerotted is definitely not the most brutal goregrind band, but they are one of the most creative and talented goregrind bands for sure."
"Well headbangers... Wasn't that one a real SMASH!"

"Gorerotted are one of the most impressive bands you will currently find on the metal scene. Complete with gorey lyrics and ridiculously funny song titles, Gorerotted back up their funny attitude with some REAL musicianship, an area where extremists such as Mortician and other such bands fall flat. Firsty, there's the amazing duel vocal assualt Mr.Gore (ultra, ultra deep death vocals) and Goreskin, who has a mad distinguishable, heavily english accented high pitched scream. It gives the music a feel too.... To me I imagine dark, dripping 19th century underworld torture chambers. Also worth mentioning, Mr.Gore has left the band but has not been replaced, The Wilson (bass) taking over on his behalf for the vocals. Hopefully he can do it just as well, 'cuz I really enjoy this pair.
The Wilson is an awesome bassist, he can do just about anything and really puts some inventive stuff through the mix that can be well heard... yes great production as well!
Whilst being very heavy, Fluffy and Robin Pants are ultra tight guitarists, they write some freakin sick rhythms and great leads. I really love the solos too, although they are few.
Junky John Rushforth is an awesome drummer, he changes times perfectly and keeps things very interesting, one of the more inventive drummers and definitely one of the more skilled. He plays some VERY fast double bass and can blastbeat the pants of just about anyone around these days (except for maybe Flo Mournier and Derek Roddy)!
To describe the music, I would say it's a combination of grind, extreme punk and hardcore death metal... Of course its hella brutal! Time changes, memorable songs and addictive riffs make sure it's something very hard to say negative things about. I really love the way everything meticulously crafted so that every moment of every song is worth listening to.
All in all, i would recommend this cd to all death metal and grindcore fans, this is a band that doesn't rely on extremities to sell records, buy this, worship it then tell ya friends to do the same!!
Highest recommendations! :D"
