CD ReviewsSwedish beauties conquer the dance floor.....well kind of Michael | San Diego, California USA | 01/02/2001 (3 out of 5 stars) "Swedish sisters, Hannah and Magdalena Graaf, are almost too beautiful to be your typical, run-of-the-mill Euro-dance artists - gorgeous and glamorous. Despite all that, though, the Graaf Sisters make a half-successful attempt at churning out nonstop dance hits. The album itself is just mediocre. There are three awesome songs on it - HOLD ME(#1), GIVE IT UP(#6), and YOU GOT WHAT I NEED(#2). These songs are tremendously powerful and basically sum up Euro-dance in little morsels of bumpin' dancefloor energy. Unfortunately, the rest of the album is made up of average ballads and pop songs.....why, for instance, did they feel the need to remake Dionne Warwick's 1970s hit HEARTBREAKER(#8)? Is it to show that the sisters have range? Like many other dance groups, such as Toy Box or Aqua, the Graaf Sisters feel the need to diverge from their specialty of dance music. I would recommend this album only for the handful of decent dance tracks, as it is very difficult to find any singles available from this group. This is a very rare album itself, and if you are at all familiar with these girls, you should grab the record while it is still available."
