"Great album that seems to be off the radar for no good reason. He's got a soulful, distinctive voice and a great backup band. Can't ask for more. Every time I put this CD on I'm struck by how it holds up, and it's already over 10 years since its release. Where is this guy now?"
Rod Stewart redux?

"This album of well-crafted songs features a singer whose voice and songcraft most resembles Rod Stewart to this listener's ears. When you give him a good listen, Rod Stewart comes from a very country/folk place, stylistically. I'm only a casual listener, having picked this up on a lark, so further review might bear lengthier comment. Good CD, though, nice songs."
New album due soon

"Much of Grayson's family is musically inclined. My mom used to run a recorded version of his dad's radio show at Ct. station WJMJ, so I have been treated to Grayson's awesome bluesy-soul influence over the years. His work as a soul artist goes much further than the two albums that got huge attention and he probably would be much more in the limelight were it not for music industry execs who screwed up, but that's another story. If you want to hear some true gems, go to Rhapsody and check out all his stuff(and there is quit a bit), and it is also available on [...] Some of my favorite songs are Goodbye Train, A Dream To Believe and the astonishing Angels On My Side. Plus Grayson has a website [...] and he has a new album coming out soon (no official date yet) and his next concert date is at Smokin With Chris (a blues club) at 59 W. Center St. in Southington, Ct. My opinion is he should be playing stadiums but that's just me...
Thank you Grayson, for not totally giving up on the music! Can't wait to hear more!"
A decent follow-up.

"Not as tremendous as his first, but not a bad follow-up to a great album. Together, the first and second albums are a reminder of how much we have missed of the possibilites of this outstanding artist."
Glad to get it !

"Obtaining any of Grayson Hugh material is a rare delight.
Hope he has been busy in the studio all these years and
