"Finally we get a recording of Sr. Klein where he is at his best: playing live, where he truly shines. Of course you should listen to his studio discs. But if you never had the privilege of hearing him play live, this is as good as the experience. The counterpoint of "Con Brasil Adentro.." the spiraling sequence in "El Espejo"; you can just feel the musicians enjoying themselves. Adept at standard jazz and at redefining the style by adding a variety of South American influences, Guillermo Klein puts out possibly his best record yet- and he's already had some jewels before.
