"Last year Hammerfall's 'Chapter V' album was good but not quite as good as it's predecessor 'Crimson Thunder.' Now with 'Threshold' Hammerfall is back to what we expect from them & more! This album is rockin' track after track & it doesn't seem to get old. Don't pass this up if you're a diehard fan!"
Once again classic heavy metal

"I'm a huge fan of Hammerfall's first two albums, but I stopped following the band after Renegade which I felt was disapointing. I picked up the newest Hammerfall release just to see what they've been up to lately since I hadn't purchased their last two albums Crimson Thunder or Chapter 5.
This album isn't all bad. A few tracks such as Genocide, Fire Burns, and Natural High are good, but this is nowhere near a solid effort as their earlier material such as Legacy of Kings and Glory to the Brave.
For me Hammerfall is a band of A level musicians who are currently writing C level music. My advice to fans who are considering getting into Hammerfall would be to skip this album and pick up Legacy of Kings instead which is their greatest album."
