"CD 1 is an excellent performance of Brundibar, in German. However, I cannot tell what CD 2 is about -- it is in German (all 60 minutes!!). I believe it is a discussion of the history of Brundibar. The problem, with both the opera and CD 2 is that there is no libretto (not even in German), and no translations."

It's in German - but it's great!

"Perfekt arrangement, great musicians, great singer. A must for everybody, with interest in Krasas' music. Edition Abseits - a non profit label in Berlin - published this CD with best performance to bring the joy, energy, and optimism this story tells."
