"This double album c.d contains, in my opinion, the best punk/oi anthem ever. "Back with a bang" is just a full on in your face punk rock assault on the listener. It does sound very similar to the Ac/dc song "live wire" but that`s o.k. Ian always said that one of his favorite bands was Australia`s Acca/Dacca and you can hear it in Skrewdriver`s later albums too. There is nothing but classic anthems on this c.d, and these songs were totally responsible for Skrewdriver shooting to legendary status in the punk and oi scenes round the world, especially in Germany where the band are now (and rightly so) looked upon as legendary rock gods. The songs on this collection are very patriotic and they were released at a time when it was very unfashionable to be proud and working class, so Skrewdriver were either ignored or absolutely crucified in the music press back then. But these songs have lasted and stood the test of time and they will continue to have an influence on many people in years to come. So, in other words, the music press got it wrong again."
