Medley: I Don't Know How To Love Him, I Believe in Music, Crazy Love, Peaceful, You and Me against the World, Delta Dawn, Ain't No Way To Treat a Lady, Leave Me Alone, The Last Blues Song, Keep on Singing, I Am Woman
"I have been of fan of Ms. Reddy for quite some time, and have only been able to enjoy her work through the few!! compilations and greatest hits packages, that are out on the market. So this release was a must have. I think that fans and new/curious buyers will enjoy this album. The orchestrations are very lush and the performance has very good sound quality! I applaud DRG on their remastering of the original tapes..the sound is awesome. Now for some reviews on the songs.Rhythm Rhapsody- What a wonderful opener; has a good "disco"-ish beat to it and very fun and once you hear it, you begin to humm it over and over again. This Masquerade- It has a very soft, light feel to it and the sound is just airy...I can not really describe this it correctly..but, I AM SURE you will like it.Bluebird-a tad different than the one most fans remember, has a bit more funk thrown into it..bt it works! and I like the opening bars, just really makes you want to groove!LOL!Candle on the Water- as I mentioned before, some of these songs do have a slight different arrangement than the originals...which is okay. This album was 1978, so some of the songs from '72 would sound a bit dated..so they had to be "souped" up a bit. This one, has a very adult contemporary/pop sound to it than the dreamy orchestrated version. The drums and guitar are more prominent.Hold Me in Your Dreams-not my favorite song, but, it is one of Helen's as she says in the concert. Just a light-rock song, with a hint of country.Angie Baby-this is my fave!!! I love this song, and this version is just so damn smooth. The opening rift is a bit different, and the synthesizer is really blaring in this song, but, it is just awesome!Poor Little Fool-this is a late 70's sounding rocker that begins with this simple melody and just...explodes!~! the electric guitar and drums are something from a "Kiss" album. Really different, but, good to hear Helen try different things.Ready or Not-heavily orchestrated disco song, that like so many songs on this album, begins and picks up momentum. The strings in the background really work this song and the beat stays with you long after it is over. The West Wind Circus-yet again, a bit different, but, nothing really jarring! very dreamy this one is.. and the chorus is a bit more "rock" edged than the original. We'll Sing in the Sunshine-Very upbeat, sounds like a Sesame Street song, but, it is fun and I guess lightens the mood since the last one was a bit dark.Mama-not a favorite at all. Vey blues/country sounding..I do not like it very much. You're My World-I can not understand this one, it sounds too rushed. I mean, the arrangement is very different. There is a drum beat the entire way through and it is sped up a bit, like a slower disco song or something.I Can't Hear You-same as the original, but, this is where the band is introduced so we do not hear the song in it's entirety..but, still a fun, funky song. The Entertainer-I love this song! and if only Helen knew how true it would be to her life about 4 years after this was released! Love it! Love it! Billy Joel would be proud of her. Has a awesome beat and just....terrific lyrics.Medley intro-talkingMedley- very unique way of compiling all of her hits and it is just awesome how they arranged it...very good and they are all here.I'll Be Your Audience-good closing song and it is a bit different than the old version, has a bit, of a 70's pickup."

"This brilliantly-recorded live album was the best work Helen Reddy did for Capitol, which repaid her by releasing it with barely any notice or noticeable promotion. Eventually they yanked it from the market and reissued just half of it. She is in terrific form, backed by a driving orchestra helmed by a posse of Las Vegas sideman she hauled across the pond for the occasion. From start to finish, Reddy is strong, she is invicible, singing great with fabulous energy and capping it all off with an awesome hits medley. Among the highlights, "Poor Little Fool," "Ready or Not" and a terrific version of her hit "Bluebird." You also get her great European smash "Hold Me In Your Arms Tonight" and much else. Sizzling!"
Helen is GREAT!!

"I am currently listening to this album as I am writing this all I can say this is a wonderful album.
I own the Album version of this but it doesn't compare with the digital re mastered CD version its so clean and clear and when playing it I actually feel like I am in the audience.
Listening to Bluebird live is just so much better than the single version and that last note she holds is 100% Diva material.
Also I love "Candle On the water" both the live and studio recordings of this songs gets to me every time the lyrics are so beautiful and powerful.
"Poor little fool" from this Album should have been released as the single why it wasn't I will never know this arrangement is powerhouse and 100% top 40 material for its time a hit lost forever.
If you are a Helen Reddy fan you owe it to yourself to get this CD and spend a Evening with Helen and when the show is over you don' t have to worry about leaving the theatre and drive home just turn the player off ;o)"
