CD Reviews2nd solo from Hi-C G$ | B-More, MD | 02/21/2005 (4 out of 5 stars) "The Crawf Dog is back after 20 months since his great debut. Again this was re-released like his debut, in 2004 (the oriinal is from mid-1993 and the new one has 2 bonus songs at the end. It's about equal with his "Hi-Life Hustle" album, but not as good as his debut "Skanless". Like his debut, guests are few and production is decent for the time period. Hi-C produced 7 songs and Tony A produced 6, the bonus songs are produced by DJ Quik. Once again, as always, for Hi-C, it's packed with funny and dirty songs. It has one classic song, 9 good songs, 4 that are ok, and one I skip. A must have album for his fans or fans of dirty funky rap like DJ Quik or Too $hort. #1 - 8.5 (upbeat funny song about how a 40 oz. ain't enough) #2 - 8 (dirty song) #3 - 8 (about wannabe's -- upbeat song) #4 - 8.5 (f/ KK & D {2nd II None} -- another dirty song) #5 - 8 (deeper song -- f/ shiro) #6 - 7 (45 sec. demo -- f/ casha) #7 - 7 (funny song about strippers and table dances) #8 - 9 (great beat -- f/ Lil Frogg) #9 - 8 (another dirty song) #10 - 5.5 (slower dirty song -- not too good though) #11 - 7 #12 - 8 (f/ Big Jazz) #13 - 7.5 (f/ Step) BONUS TRACKS NOT ON ORIGINAL ALBUM #14 - 10 (Classic upbeat song about getting money -- f/ DJ Quik & James DeBArge -- also on some soundtrack) #15 - 9 (f/ DJ QUIK) Crawford Wilkerson -- b. around 1973 --- b. in Louisiana moved to Compton, CA check all my reviews " Yeah this was tight backndadaze Sherance M. Brothers | Jasper, Alabama United States | 10/23/2003 (4 out of 5 stars) "man hic really has'nt changed since his first cd yes he's still talking nasty stuff about sex, and freaking hoodrats features a cameo by 204 homiez 2nd to none andv production from dj quik and everything quik touched is banging an underrated producer but still if you like quik, and miss rhymes about just having fun this is for you I miss coolio all of a sudden."
