A taller tree in a forest of compilations

"With the multitude of Hollies compilation CDs available, this collection manages to rise above the others in one very distinctive way. It includes the criminally hard-to-find 1983 Hollies version of "Stop In The Name Of Love". While some may argue this tune is marginal to the classic 60s and 70s output of the Hollies, no collection can be truly complete without it. Domestic compilations cover only the Imperial and/or Epic label Hollies tunes while "Stop..." was out on Atlantic in the U.S. Here, EMI of Germany has pulled it all together. With one exception the rest of the tunes represent the German-charting Hollies tracks. Sound quality is better than many other Hollies compilation CDs and these are all stereo versions. Liner notes are sparse - less than a single page - and in German only. Very pricey but unique among Hollies compilations."
