This is what you've been waiting for...

"interesting, finally, something interesting to listen to. are you bored yet? have you been wondering what happened to good music, unproduced, pure, and from the soul stuff? well look no further, the easy listening movement has been revived. all i know is i wish i knew who these "holysons" are. they have brought faith back into a dedicated music lover who has been vomiting at the sounds of modern pop music and the thousands who flock to it's side. i stumbled across their web site, holysons.com, thought of the name in a dream actually, and just thought to check the net, and was guided to the purchase of this disc. lost decade is new and fresh, and may take some getting used to, but when you see where these "holysons" are coming from, you realize that the '90's were truely pathetic for the most part, and they have come to revitalize the art of music. add this to your collection, if for no other reason than to have something different, something that no one has ever heard. check it out."

"this is really good, new-sounding music. it isn't for the weak minded. at first it seems strange and messy, and generally confusing.... but i swear its one of those things that you have to hear, and really listen to, at least 3 times just to get a feel for the subtleties of the songwriting. the melodies are strange in a way i don't understand, but i always remember them. the lyrics are sometimes hard to understand, but they have them posted at their website: holysons.com..... the lyrical content is pretty much comprable to nothing i've ever listened to... which is essentially pop music about diggin' chicks or whatever, these lyrics are about other things, like trying to become immortal for example! ha ha.... the lyrics are sometimes about love, but mainly are born of deep introspection i guess.... just give the soundclips a listen. this is right up your alley if you like: early lou barlow, pink floyd, eno, superstar-era bowie, smog, or silver jews."

"Ever wonder what happened to the showbiz greats that just couldn't quite make it through another day in the spotlight and offed themselves in the name of some peace? Sometimes i worry about this kid man..... and i want to help him but i know i never could.....?? i'm emotionally bothered by people who look for truth with the big T. They just seem too trusting of god or the universe or something - all you can do to gain greater understanding of this meaningless universe is to buy holysons' albums and listen to them until you don't know why you thought what you thought before or what you are thinking now even... three cheers for basking in holysons confusion!!!"
