"Hook's Temple EP CD is absolutely amazing! The song called "Temple" is nothing short of a genius at work. This song is worth the purchase alone. It just gets to you like any song that is catchy would, but it goes farther than that. It gets you thinking. I tend to over analyze my life sometimes and this song furthers that. With only a few select words being sounded off on the song, it manages to convey more words than are said. It may mean something different to everyone else, but this song is just outstanding! I've heard this artist has his influences coming from Enigma and some other groups. I can see why! What about the rest of the CD then huh? Well, I'm not very happy that there's only 7 songs on it, as I would love to hear more from this artist, but "In Dreams" was another ambient thought provoking moody song. Another great effort. I liked "Dark Disco", but it sounded to me like it kind of cut off too fast at the end. I can say that I didn't like "Take me Away" completely because of a few sounds that definitely could have been left out that makes the song sound generic in some ways. The song's base melody is cool, but a few times a couple of sounds ruin the song. Then there's "Flowerslept" which definitely doesn't sound good at all from the beginning let alone the end, but "Temple" and "In Dreams" are just so good it totally nullifies those two songs. The other three songs such as Dark Disco, are good and in addition to the two songs mentioned earlier makes this CD a great buy! This guy has to get noticed more! I'm anxious to hear more work from him!"

""Temple is one of the most relaxing, surreal, yet energizing albums I have heard in a long time. It's a stimulating example of juxtaposition between electronic and pop genres. My only complaint is that Hook's album is not longer. I need more. Katz composes with feelings, emotions, and adoration for life and reality - something most artists tend to forget about."
