Nice sampler that goes beyond the box sets

"This disc collects tracks from sessions that aren't fully explored by discs in print -- or even the Retrospective box set. It's hardly the entirety of Silver's own performances in the period. The tracks that don't make it onto the Retrospective are starred below (*). These are all from sessions with Rudy Van Gelder of Blue Note during the 55-59 period -- the sessions recorded under Silver's own name, as opposed to the sessions where he played as a side man.
You're in for a REAL treat on two of the tracks that aren't on Retrospective: 1955's "Hippy" and 1959's "Come on Home."
