"This record has one of the best sides I have heard. I would compare it to the quality and intensity of Aretha Franklin's "Now" album. Every number on side one jumps and is simply great. Side two slows it down, establishing a different groove and is good, but you just can't keep from smiling and having a great time listening to the first side. Great voice, great songs, and perfect arrangements."

"" that's what happens" is one of my favorite soul tracks... it's such a driving force to listen to that song... That song alone is worth the price of the album-
