Surprisingly simple instrumentation but with a great sense of atmosphere. Tastes of early P. Glass serialism, as well as S. Reich, with nicely controlled electronics and clean drum kit. I listen to this CD quite often -- anyone who enjoys this might also like a group known as "Languis" (their second and third recordings, "Last Frequency Presets" and "Unithematic" are highly recommended).I'm giving this 4 stars because that fifth one really should be reserved for the best of the best -- otherwise, I think this CD is great!"
