The whole effect is blues music meets punk music and it works. I'm a fan of the White Stripes, Detroit cobras and Soledad Brothers but I'm also a fan of the Clash, Rancid and Refused. The ILCK sound like the meeting point between those two sets of bands. If that is your gig then you'll liekly appreciate the very stripped down feel of this album."
