Synopsis

Album Description
Members of Nuclear Saturday and the ever-popular Atlanta act Lights Out formed In Stereo in early 2005. Since all four members have previously been lead players in other serious bands, they had the knowledge of what it takes to make it! And with only a few months of existence under their belt, they were off to a quick start-receiving endorsements from clothing companies, sponsorships from amp manufacturers, and enough motivation to take on the world. In early 2005, In Stereo signed with New School Records and released their debut record, Death Before Emo, which landed them licensing deals, getting their hit song "Waking UP" on a Discovery Channel special and in multiple movie soundtracks. In mid 2005, Trolley Bus Records picked up the EP for distribution in Japan and have successfully moved over 9000 units to date! When 2006 approached, the band was ready to move forward with a release of a new full-length. In Stereo is back with their second national release, Return to Alternative, which will embellish the stereotypical remarks held over the over-played pop-punk genre. This exceptional twelve-track collection of pop punk tunes embeds inimitable song organization and heartfelt lyrics that only frontman Jesse Cole could produce. Compared to their previous release, the songs show a more mature side of the band while still maintaining the one-of-a-kind sound their fans have grown to love.
