"I have been a long-time Indigo Girls fan, but after my purchase of "Come on now Social" in 1999, I was very dissapointed. I almost didnt buy "Become You" because of it but boy, am I glad I did! It is second only to "Swamp Ophelia" in my opinion, and I am so impressed by Amy Ray's songwriting. So, if you weren't crazy about "Come on now Social," dont let that stop you from buying this CD, it's excellent!!"
Disappointing multichannel SACD

"I've been listening to this SACD for awhile now, and the biggest disappointment with the multichannel layer is that there is not much coming out of the surround channels besides percussion. The front three channels are nicely mixed and create a soundstage effect sonically, but the surround channels consistently are disappointing. If you like feeling surrounded by drums, then you will enjoy this one. Pales in comparison to great SACDs like Dark Side of the Moon, Avalon, Boys and Girls, and the Elton John albums. Still, it's better than nothing, and the audio quality is noticeably better than the standard red book CD."
